Janet M. Caster, 79, of Oswego, died Nov. 19, 2024.
Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 29, 2024, at the Donald L. Barber Funeral Home, 5016 U.S. Route 11, Homer. There will also be a memorial service at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 15, 2024, at the Fulton Seventh Day Adventist Church, 45 W. 4th Street S., Fulton, NY.
