The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call at 3:58 p.m. Saturday about a two-car accident at the intersection of State Route 13 and Bennie Road in Cortlandville.
It was determined a vehicle making a left turn onto Bennie Road failed to yield the right of way to an oncoming vehicle going north on State Route 13. The occupants of the vehicles were transported to a hospital for further evaluation.
The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office was assisted on the scene by the Town of Cortlandville Fire Department, TLC Ambulance, CNY Towing and Valu Towing.
