Steven P. Bilodeau 70, of Smyrna, Delaware, died Aug. 22, 2024. There will be a celebration of life for him from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 29, 2024, at the Port Watson Conference Center, 131 Port Watson St., Cortland.
