After a few years without a competitive adult men's basketball league, Derek Allen, Frank Hodge, Caleb Wright and Isaiah Prior had finally had enough. They decided to get a Crown City Hoops league going again, and the results through two weeks have been better than they imagined.

Cortland scored four runs in the sixth inning, then three more in the seventh to go from a 4-1 deficit to an 8-4 lead.
