State Sen. John Mannion, the Democratic nominee for the 22nd Congressional District, which includes Cortland and much of northern Cortland County, will conduct a town hall today at the Center for the Arts of Homer.
Mannion will take questions and discuss his candidacy at 3 p.m.
Mannion, of Syracuse, was elected to the state Senate in 2020. He faces incumbent Rep. Brandon Williams, a Republican from Sennett first elected to Congress in 2022.
