Paul L. Palmer, 78, of Locke, passed away on May 24, 2024. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 1 at the Moravia VFW Post 7127, 14 Adams St., Moravia. Private interment services will be held in North Lansing Cemetery at another time. Arrangements are with the Shurtleff Funeral Home.
